tmDataStore™ is a digital asset management solution. In short, it’s a web-based image/data library that allows us to manage and share our client’s digital assets (such as logos, images, sound clips, etc.) through a secure interface.     

Any of our clients can enjoy a branded micro site where authorized media outlets and distributors (or others that may require your approved logos/images or media files) are provided access to. The simple-to-use interface provides the user options to search, access and download the appropriate images/files to use. Or add images to the lightbox in order to better view them before downloading.

The administrative interface is managed by our tmSuite™ content management solution, which allows our staff to create, catalogue, organize and distribute the file(s) globally.

The files or images to be shared can be set up within one or more of the categories, made public or private and where multiple levels of users (agency or client staff) can be granted management access. Images are uploaded with descriptors, tags and suggested uses for easy searching and distribution.
